The name just came to me but from a variety of sources. The C is really originally to substitute for "sea" as my original blog of many years ago was "Land and Sea". The word has been taken by many bloggers so I dumped in C. It had to be in the beginning as others had C as a sub for Sea also. Finally, in desparation I tried what you have...then the thing explodes in my imagination. "C, Land" easily transcribes to "Clendening Land"....hey, we have a sub name or insy joke! So, I grew with the naming of the blog.
Somehow this "Clendening Land" is too restricting. I'm really a collection of Shirleys, Gibsons, Clendenings, Tanzlers, Heyduks, Smiths, Pahls, and Osgoods ...these are my sources. The growing addition, with more to be added, is Watt as my son's wife's family influences me. It appears I am not a thing cast in stone but rather something akin to most of us; a dynamic organism changing, changing, changing.
